Please read this agreement carefully. The following terms and conditions apply to the use of our websites, use of our web or mobile applications and use of our products and services. By accessing our website and using our web or mobile applications, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). Furthermore, you agree that all information you provide us is accurate, correct and up to date and that you will notify us of any changes immediately should there be changes to the information that you provided us. You consent to our use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You also warrant that you are legally entitled to procure services from us on your own behalf or on behalf of the beneficiary of the services.
Becoming an Affiliate
The Affiliate warrants that the information the Affiliate provides Boxful on registration is complete, valid and honest.
Boxful will review and evaluate the Affiliate’s application on submission thereof.
Affiliate will be notified in a timely manner of Boxful acceptance or rejection of their application. The acceptance or rejection of any application made by an Affiliate is at Boxful’s sole discretion.
The Affiliate must provide Boxful with bank account details for the referral fee payment.
The Affiliate will not be treated as an employee of Boxful with respect to any law, ordinance, rule, or regulation of any country whatsoever.
Use of Marketing Material
Upon activation of the Affiliate’s account, the Affiliate shall receive Marketing Material and a unique referral code from Boxful via email.
Without transgressing other obligations in terms of the Agreement, the Affiliate agrees to:
Utilize new and updated Marketing Material as and when it is made available to the Affiliate by Boxful, to ensure accurate advertising and marketing of promotions on offer.
The Affiliate shall, when using the Marketing Material, ensure said Marketing Material is applied exactly and accurately.
Referral Fee
Boxful will facilitate payment of referral fee to the Affiliate after Boxful receives first monthly storage fees from Customer, as indicated below:
Boxful receives first monthly storage fees from Customer on or before 25th: Boxful will facilitate payment of referral fee on the last calendar day of the same calendar month
Receives first monthly storage fees from Customer between 26th to the last calendar day of month: Boxful will facilitate payment of referral fee on the last calendar day of the next calendar month.
Boxful will pay the Affiliate a corresponding referral fee as indicated below:
Any By-the-Item Plan - HKD100 per new Customer
Any By-Square-Feet Plan - HKD300 per new Customer
Any Self-Service Lockers Plan - HKD300 per new Customer
Boxful has and reserves the right to pass on any financial costs to the Affiliate’s account that may be incurred due to fraudulent activity by the Affiliate.
Boxful reserves the right to change payment terms at any time and for any reason, and will provide Affiliates with thirty (30) days written notice prior to making said change/s.
Termination of Affiliateship
The Affiliate agreement can be terminated by Boxful at any time should the Affiliate fail to comply with its obligations in accordance with this Agreement.
Notice of termination shall be given in writing by either Party to the other. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail is considered a written and immediate form of notification and the Agreement shall accordingly terminate with immediate effect.
Upon termination, the Affiliate shall not be entitled to receive referral fee/s resulting from any Customer’s monthly storage fees, for the current month in which Termination occurred, or for any subsequent month/s after Termination Date.

Extra measures taken during Coronavirus Outbreak
To minimise health risk for our staff and customers during the outbreak, we have implemented the following preventive measures

Staff must wear masks and sanitize hands before and after deliveries

Our vehicles, warehouses and Self-Storage Lockers are disinfected throughout the day
